Ingredients: 100% cold pressed pumpkin seed oil
Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil is made from selected and refined pumpkin seeds of the highest quality. There is no seed treatment in the cold pressing process. The seeds are not ground, heated or roasted, but only the oil is squeezed out of the whole seeds. The efficiency of processing cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil is significantly lower, as in such processing we need at least six kilograms of pumpkin seeds per liter of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil.
The oil is therefore slightly lighter - greenish-red in color, with a very delicate smell and a taste similar to that of raw pumpkin seeds. Due to the cold pressing process, the oil retains all the nutrients (vitamins and minerals) contained in the seeds. Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil is a rich source of tocopherols, as the oil contains about 50 mg of vitamin E in 100 g of oil.
Using the cold pressing process, we have preserved everything that nature has given it in this oil - including its fresh fruity scent and the full taste of raw pumpkin seeds.
