Methods of using pollen: In all cases, it is good to soak the pollen a little before eating. This is especially important with dried pollen.
Crush the pollen with your teeth and hold it in your mouth for a while to moisten it with saliva as much as possible.

Put the pollen in a jar and pour water over it.
You can add another tablespoon of honey.
Mix well and drink. (Flower fluff will not completely dissolve)
