Consisting of pork, bear meat and bacon. The best selection of meat and bacon that is not minced but is cut into cubes. The salami was in the extended ripening phase (ripening time is a minimum of 18 months). During spontaneous, long-lasting fermentation, a fully ripe aroma develops, which is upgraded by an even more complex tertiary ripening note.
The preparation is returned from industrial production to the level of craftsmanship. Preservatives, additives and all factory shortcuts are excluded. Subject to the highest standards, a full, ripe aroma, a unique bouquet and a rich, natural taste are achieved.
