Slovenian deer salami

Consisting of pork, venison and bacon. The best selection of meat and bacon that is not minced but is cut into cubes. The salami was in the extended ripening phase (ripening time is a minimum of 18 months). During spontaneous, long-lasting fermentation, a fully ripe aroma develops, which is upgraded by an even more complex tertiary ripening note.
Ingredients: pork 60%, venison (deer) 25%, bacon 15%, sea salt, spices
